Do you pay for referrals if I lead you to a house that you buy?
Great question! Yes, we do. Even if you don't need to sell your home, but you know someone who does, please refer them to us or have them give us a call. We'll pay you for each house you refer to us that we buy! We pay more for certain leads because sometimes these leads lead us to great real estate deals. We will follow-up on each lead you submit and keep you posted on the outcome.

Can anyone participate in the Earn Extra Cash Program?
Thanks for asking. We have many people who are mail carriers, package or newspaper deliverers or have similar jobs. They often get to know the area and the neighbors well. But anyone can participate in this program. If you know a neighborhood well, or just want to make some extra money, you “qualify.”

Am I paid for each lead I submit?
Another great question. Every lead that you submit that turns into a sale, you receive a finder’s fee for that lead. In other words, if the homeowner agrees to sell and puts their house under contract and we buy it, you get paid.

Okay, the homeowner has their house under contract to sell to you, so when do I get paid?
We were hoping you’d ask. You will be paid 10 days after the close of escrow. Remember, since we use private funding to purchase properties, escrow closes quickly, at times as quickly as one week. No need to wait the traditional 30 days. A check will be mailed to your mailing address in our records.

How do I participate in the Earn Extra Cash Program?
Glad you asked. It’s as simple as 1-2-3:

Step 1: Locate Leads

Find houses, condos, or town homes that are For Sale By Owner, For Rent by Owner or vacant, in any area in any condition that fit the criteria mentioned above. If you have neighbors that are looking to sell their home or purchase a home, let us know.

The key is to find those individuals who NEED A FAST SALE. These people are motivated to sell their house and need to sell, as opposed to those who just may WANT TO SELL their home. In other words, is it more important for them to sell their house quickly, or to get top dollar for it, eventually? If the lead falls into the latter category, most likely it would not qualify.

Step 2: Refer Leads to WeBuyHomesInAZ

Submit our Earn Extra Cash Form or call us at 602-ART-HELPS. After sending someone to drive by the house and reviewing our Leads Database for duplicates, we will email you a confirmation receipt.

Step 3: Get Paid!

As mentioned before, your check will be mailed (to the address you provided) 10 days after we purchase the house, once you’ve submitted your W-9. Once a qualified lead is assigned to your name, it stays in our database until we buy the house or someone else does.

How many leads can I submit?
As many as you think are worth following up on. You can never submit too many leads.
